People and Technology Leader based in Vermont

I am a leader in technology and have been helping individuals and organizations succeed with technology for 40 years.

My career spans multiple domains, multiple roles, and includes a successful contracting business. The common thread throughout is understanding how people work best together when implementing technology in support of the mission. Whether creating something brand new or implementing large systems, I have focused on how to best create a healthy culture to deliver healthy results and a healthy bottom line.

2021 - PRESENT

Contracted Leadership (Sr Scrum Master) for Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC)

At CDISC I've had the pleasure of leading teams generating three of the most important standards for the global Clinical Data domain.

2020 - 2021

Trainer and implementer of Google Workspace for Education and other systems for Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS).

I trained schools and individuals at one of the largest school districts in the United States. I led schools and staff to successfully implement GWE so that they can focus on students and staff instead of the technology.

2015 - 2019

Vice-President of Technology for Sentry Health.

I built a team to implement Healthward, a chronic disease management platform, and delivered it in clinics throughout the US.

I also replaced an aging IT system with a modern, efficient, and HIPAA compliant cloud-based system.

2012-2014

Vice-President of Technology for ALTOUR International

I led development teams to support commercial travel agents and customers. I implemented modern support systems and Accounting CMS systems. I also virtualized and moved an entire data center and domain control fro NY to KY.

The most important aspect of my work is respect for people. I encourage employees to stretch into their careers, to believe they can. My goal is for all systems to reflect that respect for our customers.

Latest project experience

I have been contracted to lead the Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) in delivering three of their most important standards, CORE, DDF, and ARS. I have engaged team members and management in learning modern processes to deliver these critical technologies to the global market.
